A study of biological and neural bases of behavior and how they relate to behavior and cognition, in terms both of their normal function and of the dysfunctional processes including brain damage. The neuroanatomical, neurophysiological, and neurochemical structures and processes that impact mental health and disorders will be specifically addressed along with the intertwining of genetic and environmental influences.
