Transcript of Credits

The transcript of college credits is an official copy of the student's permanent record, bearing the school seal and the signature of the Registrar. Copies of the student's official transcript may be ordered by visiting the DBU Registrar’s Office website (www.dbu.edu/registrar) and completing the online order form through Parchment. Transcripts are a base rate of $10 each and may have additional shipping charges depending on the method of delivery selected. Payment is made through the online order form.

Transcripts sent electronically typically arrive within minutes of placing your order. Printed orders will be mailed within one business day of the request, and standard shipping orders have a normal USPS delivery time of 5-7 business days. For an additional charge, students may select overnight shipping for the delivery method. Please note that transcripts for students who attended prior to 2000 are retrieved from a different system. Therefore, an additional 1-2 business days could be added to the processing time.
