Description

This course is designed to provide the required tools to measure the User Experience. These metrics allow students solve real world business problems using technology with a user-centric approach with quantitative evidence. Students will learn about the analytics involved in User Expirence, including analysis, finding problems, providing solutions, measurements, and reporting. Students will be able to identify advantages and strong arguments of using analytics in the UX process. By measuring the User Experience from a quantitative approach, students will learn how to get a full picture of users engaging with websites, applications, products and services.
