Description
This course is designed to integrate state-of-the-art strategies for enhancing human performance through developing leadership skills. This course demonstrates the importance of understanding how business strategy and organizational goals align. Topics include needs analysis process, selection and integration of appropriate strategies for human performance improvement, forming performance and competency models, succession planning, identifying performance gaps, measuring, assessing, calibrating and evaluating performance results.
