This course is required of all students pursuing completion of an associate or bachelor's degree in the Professional Studies program. The course lays the foundation for the adult education program and will explore major value systems or worldviews; study current issues in the philosophy of Christian higher education; introduce servant leadership; and seek to develop various academic skills. It is expected that all adult students will take this class in their first term of enrollment at DBU. This course contains a field-based service-learning component.
